Q: How do I place an order with you?
A: When you see an item you like on our website, you can let us know the item numbers of which you are interested in by sending us e-mail to info@lajan.com.cn or lajandg@hotmail.com or fax to 86-769-22678949. Also you can enter into the Inquiry button to contact with us.

Q: What kind of payment do you accept?
A: We accept T/T or L/C when the total value over US$ 50000.

Q: How do I know my order was accepted?
A: We’ll email or fax you the Sales Confirmation in 24 hours when we received your order sheet whatever via e-mail or fax. We will also send you the proforma invoice along with the order confirmation. The delivery date/Payment terms agreement/Quality reference/Order Value/Our Model number/Material/Packing detail/Volume etc will be marked in the proforma invoice. When we received the confirmation of the performa invoice, we will start the production then. This might take some hours or a day long for the double checking. But we would like to expend a little bit time and energy to make sure everything is correct at the never beginning to avoid any potential confusion even mistakes.

Q: What’s the lead-time for my order?
A: That’s depends on the quantity, the style and the packing of your order, we usually produce
about 300,000 pcs monthly when we start production if we have produced the items before.
Should you have special requirement on style and packing for your goods, the lead-time will be little longer. Anyway, we will assay upon your order and mark in the Performa invoice.

A: Our grow-up has been based on the high quality products and good services we offer to our customers. We also feel very proud of our high quality products.
If any products you received with defective products whatever in manufacturing or shipping process that’s different from the approval samples, or if you are unsatisfied with any of the goods with the suitable reasons, You can provide us the documents proof to make the return we will gladly take back the items and refund you the original purchase price

Q: After I’ve return the unsatisfied goods to you. How long will my refunds/exchange take?
A: We will T/T the refunds to you immediately, after we received the items you returned us on our accounts.

Q: Can you arrange the freighter forwarder on behalf of your customer?
A: Yes, we can. We are willing to use our customers freighter forwarder. Also we would like to recommend you to the freighter forwarder on our side due to the satisfied service they offered.

Other Information|

1)The prices are based on Shenzhen China. You should let us know your air or ocean forwarder’s info when or right after you order is confirmed so that we can arrange the shipping accordingly.

2) The minimum order quantity
actually, we are not intending to be tough to ask you the minim quantity. The question is some of our raw material suppliers have the problem if the qty is getting less or smaller. So, basically, we have to request 1,000 pcs / color. This will make things going easily. You can order a combination in different items, otherwise. We suggest at least US$5,000.00 per shipment to make the shipping economical.

3) Customized logos,
you can use the options: embossing, silk-printing, Heat-Stamping.

4) The delivery leading time is about 8-10 days after confirmation of order. If new material, your logo design or inner box/labels are involved, this process may take longer.

5) Sample Availability.
We can provide samples. We can also supply as per customer specific design and styles. The perfect blend of materials and workmanship is what we demand in each of our products. Samples can be given free upon the existed items. We would expect you to give us your account.

6) Preferable terms can be given only to long-term and stable buyers.

Information About Silicon Gel

Q: Have you eaten Silica Gel?
A: As bad of an influence as I know I’m about to be... yes, I have. Although I explained that it probably will not hurt you, as it did not hurt me, I would not recommend it. (For the record, I ate about 3 kernels, so I didn‘t figure I was in much danger)

Q: What does Silica Gel taste like?
A: As I assumed it would before I tried it, it has no taste. It’s kinda easy to figure really, knowing what it’s made of. However, I suppose if it absorbed something with a taste, it would taste like that.

Q: Where can I get some Silica Gel?
A: This depends. If you just want a little packet to have for novelty, look in some of the things you buy like shoe boxes, leather coat pockets, and purses. If you want a large amount that you‘d like to use for something, you can order it online here, or search on Google for other vendors.

Q: Who invented Silica Gel?
A: Update on this question. I had it up here for a while that silica gel was a naturally occurring substance. I apologize, because this was incorrect. Davidson Chemical was the first plant to produce silica gel, but it wasn’t widely celebrated until WWII where it was used to protect military equipment and some other stuff too. Thanks for the tip off on that!

Q: Please give me more information on recharging Silica Gel packets.
A: That’s not really a question, but I will be happy to oblige. The thing that makes it hard is that I get loads of emails that just say they want to recharge their Silica Gel but don’t tell me any information on it - how much, how long had they been using it, what kind of container it was in. Without this I can‘t really give information that is entirely accurate, so I generally don’t give any information to these inquiries at all. I don‘t want to blow up anybody’s stove. I hate that I’m not really being much of a help, but I can’t really cater to individual needs on this question. I would try Google if you need specific information on that.

Q: My dog/cat/infant/toddler/teenager/grandmother ate a small amount of Silica Gel. What do I do?
A: This is the most common thing I get. If it truly was a very small amount of gel, I honestly wouldn’t worry too much about it. Still, I can’t vouch for each situation personally and I‘m not a doctor, so if you‘re still worried, I would go to someone who is a real doctor. You could always try calling Poison Control, too.

Q: Is Silica Gel flammable?
A: No. I pulled out an old packet from my collection, ripped it open, grabbed a lighter and attempted to light it on fire. Despite my best efforts, it did not work. Silica Gel is not flammable.
